The Memorial Museum of Astronautics is a unique place to learn about the history of Russian exploration into space. There is an interactive centre for kids and adults that helps to teach all about space exploration and equipment. All Russians are proud of the fact that the USSR sent the first man into space and has influenced generations of Russians ever since.
The museum has a special program that takes you on a four dimensional space journey in a real spaceship, the Buran-2. This is an entertaining attraction that all ages can enjoy and creates a fantastic sense of wonder about the world of space exploration.
There are plenty of space objects to see with space suits, crew manuals and even fragments of meteorites and asteroids that you can touch.
Learn the history of space, from the most famous engineers to the important discoveries that helped it all be possible. This is a wonderful and extremely interesting exhibit for those who would like to learn more about Russian space travel or those who have a childlike fascination for all things space related.
