Cosmos

The Hotel Cosmos is on Moscow’s Prospect Mira, next to the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in the city’s green district. The Sokolniki Exhibition Complex and the Olimpijsky Sports Complex are also nearby; the hotel was completed in late 1979, just before the Moscow Olympics. This huge curving steel-and-glass hotel provides an escape for business travelers and families. It has a casino, a large indoor swimming pool and fitness centre, and bowling, billiards, and karaoke. There are a number of shops and a beauty salon. There are extensive conference facilities, and several different restaurants and bars. The city centre is about 20 minutes away by car.
